Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are intact and the garment is unworn.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
